News for T-Mobile Pay as you go customers

Mates Rates

From July 1st we'll be making some changes to your Mates Rates price plan.
Calling mates on other networks will go down from 40p to 25p per minute. Calls to landlines (that's 01, 02 and 03 numbers but not Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) will cost 25p per minute rather than 20p. A one minute minimum call charge will apply for these and other types of calls. The cost of your text messages won't change.
Text Appeal

From July 1st we'll be making some changes to your Text Appeal price plan.
Calling other networks will go down from 40p to 25p per minute. Calls to landlines (that's 01, 02 and 03 numbers but not Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) will cost 25p per minute rather than 20p. A one minute minimum call charge will apply for these and other types of calls. The cost of your text messages won't change.
Everyone

From July 1st we'll be making a change to your Everyone price plan.
There'll be a one minute minimum call charge for all types of calls you make. Your 15p flat rate per minute for calls and 10p text message rate won't change.
Standard

From July 1st we'll be making some changes to your Standard price plan.
As you know, with Standard plan, the more you call the cheaper your pence per minute will be. On your price plan calling friends and family on T-Mobile or on landlines (that's 01, 02 and 03 numbers but not Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) will go down from 30p to 25p per minute for the first two minutes of calls a day. It's still just 5p per minute after that.
Calling friends and family on other mobile networks will also go down from 40p to 25p per minute, no matter how much you call them each day. There'll also be a one minute minimum call charge for these and all other types of calls. The cost per text messagewon't change.
Relax

From September 1st we'll be making some changes to your Relax price plan.
There'll be a one minute minimum call charge for all types of calls you make. The more you use your phone, the lower the pence per minute, so your minimum call charge will work the same way. The cost for your text messages won't change.
