The legal stuff you need to know

To use My Phonebook Backup you'll need to be a T-Mobile customer and have a compatible phone. We have an up-to-date list of compatible phones on our website. My Phonebook Backup is not available to Solo Lite customers.

To add My Phonebook Backup to your plan for free, just log-on to My T-Mobile or call us on 150.

My Phonebook Backup will let you sync your calendar, contacts, tasks and notes between your phone and a special website. While you're in the UK you won't be charged to sync your information. But if you sync any information while you are outside the UK, you will be charged our standard internet roaming rates.

You can remove My Phonebook Backup at any time by logging on to My T-Mobile or calling us on 150.

Remember, that if you're not the account holder T-Mobile can't guarantee the privacy of the information you synchronise as the account holder will be able to access this.

We reserve the right to change or close My Phonebook Backup at any time. We will give you reasonable notice if we decide to do this.
