The legal stuff you need to know

  • New T-Mobile pay as you go customer? You can get a little extra every time you top up. Your new SIM card comes ready opted-in to Little Extras and you'll get a text to let you know that.
  • If you're already a T-Mobile pay as you go customer, you can opt in to get Little Extras by texting EXTRAS to 441. We'll send you a text to let you know it has worked.
  • You'll get a free T-Mobile gift every time that you top up, no matter how much you top up and how you do it. Remember, T-Mobile has a minimum top up of £5. We'll decide what your gift is and let you know by text message.
  • Although you will always get a free gift, the more you top up at a time the better the gift that we will be able to give you. The exact gift that you get is then determined at random by our super computer.
  • All our free gifts will be made up of T-Mobile services. We reserve the right to close opt ins at any time. We will give you reasonable notice if we decide to do this.
  • You can opt out of receiving little extras rewards at any time by texting STOP EXTRAS to 441.
  • We'd like to remind you that your terms and conditions say that you mustn't use our services to do anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we'll decide that you're breaking this condition if you call more than 90 different phone numbers or text more than 200 different numbers over the course of your reward. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this condition. If you do break this condition, we'll disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.
  • We're afraid that you can only be part of one of our top-up reward offers at any time. If you try to opt in to more than one offer, you'll be a member of the last offer that you successfully opted in to. And remember, if you've swapped your credit for one of our 30 day talk, text or talk and text Boosters you can't be part of any top-up reward.
